Cookies are made fresh and packaged by hand to ensure the highest possible quality.

Freshness First:

All cookies are baked on Monday for maximum freshness.

Orders placed by Thursday at 5 PM will be included in the following Tuesday shipment.

Orders received after this cutoff will be baked and shipped the next Tuesday.

Shipping Carriers: We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

Shipping Damages:

We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.

For any shipping-related damages, please contact the courier directly.

• If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at support@flavrcookies.com within 24 hours  of receiving your order.

(Please provide a photo and description of your issue,  we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.)

You may make a request to cancel order for 1 hour after it was placed at: support@flavrcookies.com. 

If the cancellation window has passed contact us via email support@flavrcookies.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
